Konum bilgisi

Uygulama, yakınınızdaki mekânları mesafe ve yön ile sıralayabilmek için telefonunuzun konum servisini kullanır.

• Konum bilgisi yalnızca telefonunuzun içinde işlenir.
• Hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, kaydedilmez, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
• Uygulama kapalıyken konumunuz takip edilmez; konum yalnızca uygulama ekranda açıkken okunur. Arka plan konum izni istenmez.
• Konum iznini vermeyi reddedebilirsiniz. Bu durumda mekân anlatımları ve iç mekân rehberi dahil tüm içerik çalışmaya devam eder; yalnızca “Yakınımda” sıralaması devre dışı kalır.

Pusula

Yön okunu gösterebilmek için cihazın manyetometre sensörü okunur. Bu veri de telefondan çıkmaz ve kaydedilmez.

Sesli anlatım

Anlatımlar, telefonunuzun kendi metin-konuşma (TTS) motoru tarafından seslendirilir. Bu işlem cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir. Uygulama ses kaydı yapmaz ve mikrofona erişmez.

Satın alma ve ödeme

Uygulamada her şehrin ilk mekânı ücretsizdir. Bir şehrin tamamını açmak için o şehre ait tek seferlik bir satın alma yapılır; abonelik yoktur ve gitmediğiniz şehirler için ödeme yapmazsınız.

Kart bilgileriniz uygulamaya hiç ulaşmaz. Ödeme ekranını uygulama değil, telefonunuzun işletim sistemi çizer; satışı Apple ya da Google kendi adına yapar. Uygulamanın gördüğü tek şey “bu ürün satın alındı” bilgisidir. Kart numarası, son kullanma tarihi, CVC veya fatura adresi gibi hiçbir ödeme verisi uygulama tarafından görülmez, işlenmez ya da saklanmaz.

Satın alma sonrasında telefonunuzda yalnızca hangi şehirleri açtığınız saklanır; bu kayıt cihazın güvenli alanında (iOS'ta Keychain, Android'de Keystore) tutulur ve sizi tanımlamaz. Amacı tek: internetsiz bir yerdeyken satın aldığınız içeriğe erişebilmeniz.

Araya hiçbir üçüncü taraf ödeme veya doğrulama servisi girmez. Faturanız ve iade talepleriniz Apple/Google hesabınıza tabidir; bizde bu konuda hiçbir kaydınız bulunmaz.

Telefonda saklananlar

Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdakileri telefonunuzun kendi depolama alanında tutar:

• Seçtiğiniz ayarlar: seslendirme hızı, okuma sesi, yazı boyutu, tema
• Gezdiğiniz olarak işaretlediğiniz mekânlar
• “Gitmek istediklerim” listeniz
• Satın alma yaptıysanız hangi şehirleri açtığınız (yukarıya bakın)

Bu veriler telefondan çıkmaz ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde birlikte silinir.

Toplanmayanlar

Reklam yoktur. Analitik yoktur. Çerez yoktur. Hesap açma yoktur. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği (GAID/IDFA) veya kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz. iOS'ta Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni istenmez, çünkü izleme yapılmaz. Kredi kartı ya da başka bir ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz; ödemeyi uygulama değil, telefonunuzun mağazası alır.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Kullanılmıyor. Uygulamanın içinde analitik, reklam ya da ödeme doğrulama servisi yoktur.

Uygulamanın dışarıyla konuştuğu iki durum vardır. Birincisi, siz “Bilet al” veya “Yol tarifi” düğmesine bastığınızda telefonunuzun tarayıcısı ya da harita uygulaması açılarak ilgili adrese gidilir; bu noktadan sonra o uygulamanın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. İkincisi, satın alma ve geri yükleme sırasında telefonun mağazasıyla (App Store / Google Play) konuşulur. Bu iki durumun dışında hiçbir dış servise bağlanılmaz.

Çocuklar

Uygulama her yaş için uygundur ve hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklara ait veri de toplamaz.

KVKK ve kullanıcı hakları

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır. Uygulama kişisel veri işlemediği ve hiçbir veriyi cihaz dışına çıkarmadığı için tarafımızda silinecek, düzeltilecek veya aktarılacak bir kaydınız bulunmaz. Cihazınızdaki yerel kayıtları uygulamayı silerek tamamen kaldırabilirsiniz.

İçerik kaynakları

Uygulamadaki anlatım metinleri özgün olarak yazılmıştır. Kullanılan görseller kamu malı veya serbest lisanslı kaynaklardan alınmıştır; her görselin sahibi ve lisansı uygulama içindeki Kaynakça ekranında tek tek listelenmiştir.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel sürüm bu adreste yayınlanır ve uygulama içindeki metin de güncellenir.

Location

The app uses your phone's location service so that nearby places can be sorted by distance and direction.

• Location is processed only on your phone.
• It is never sent to any server, never stored, never shared with third parties.
• You are not tracked while the app is closed; location is read only while the app is on screen. Background location permission is never requested.
• You may decline the location permission. All content, including place narrations and the indoor museum guide, keeps working; only the “Nearby” ranking is disabled.

Compass

The device magnetometer is read in order to show the direction arrow. This data also never leaves the phone and is not stored.

Audio narration

Narrations are spoken by your phone's own text-to-speech (TTS) engine, on the device. The app does not record audio and does not access the microphone.

Purchases and payment

The first place in every city is free. Unlocking a city is a single one-time purchase for that city; there is no subscription, and you do not pay for cities you are not visiting.

Your card details never reach the app. The payment sheet is drawn by your phone's operating system, not by the app, and the sale is made by Apple or Google as merchant of record. All the app ever learns is that the product was purchased. No card number, expiry date, CVC or billing address is seen, processed or stored by the app.

After a purchase, the phone stores only which cities you have unlocked. That record lives in the device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) and does not identify you. Its only purpose is to let you reach your content while offline.

No third-party payment or verification service is involved. Receipts and refunds are handled by your Apple/Google account; we hold no record of them.

Stored on your phone

The app keeps only the following in your phone's own storage:

• Your settings: speech rate, voice, text size, theme
• Places you mark as visited
• Your “Want to visit” list
• If you made a purchase, which cities you unlocked (see above)

This data never leaves the phone and is deleted together with the app.

Not collected

No ads. No analytics. No cookies. No accounts. No name, e-mail address, phone number, device identifier, advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA) or usage statistics are collected. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is requested on iOS, because no tracking takes place. No credit card or other payment details are collected; payment is taken by your phone's app store, not by the app.

Third-party services

None. The app contains no analytics, advertising or payment-verification service.

There are two cases where the app reaches outside. First, when you tap “Buy ticket” or “Directions”, your phone's browser or maps app opens at the relevant address; from that point on, that app's own privacy policy applies. Second, purchases and restores talk to your phone's app store (App Store / Google Play). Outside these two cases the app connects to no external service.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and, because it collects data from no one, it collects no children's data either.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Your rights under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) are reserved. Because the app processes no personal data and moves no data off the device, we hold no record of yours to delete, correct or transfer. You can remove all local records by deleting the app.

Content sources

All narration texts were written originally for this app. Images come from public domain or freely licensed sources; the owner and licence of every image are listed individually on the Sources screen inside the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published at this address and the in-app text is updated as well.
